Reconnect with inner balance and calm through Monique’s guided mediation sessions. Choose from group sessions for shared energy and support or a personalised 1:1 session, specifically tailored to you.

• Community group session $35 – 1.5 hours, which includes a sample of the essential oil of the day.

• Personalised 1:1 session $135 per hour, which includes a 10ml custom essential oil roller bottle blend.
