Due to a limited number of appointments, I do require payment for all sessions to secure your time. If you can't keep your appointment due to an unforeseen reason you will be able to rebook within the next 3 months or you can put the money towards one of my workshops.  

For bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (unless exceptional circumstances), your payment will be the cancellation fee.

Your session begins with a gentle check‑in and a medical history, followed by an intuitive process of selecting the essential oils that will support your treatment. These oils are then used throughout your reflexology session—applied to the feet to connect in with emotional insights and bring balance to body and mind. Each session concludes with a personalized roller bottle featuring your chosen essential oils to take home, helping you anchor into the calm and clarity you’ve experienced.

By applying targeted pressure to specific points on the feet, face, hands, or ears—which contain thousands of nerve endings—reflexology triggers a relaxation response that lowers stress, reduces anxiety, and enhances overall well-being.

Reflexology acts as a powerful, non-invasive tool for calming the nervous system by shifting the body from a stressed "fight-or-flight" state (sympathetic nervous system) to a restorative "rest-and-digest" state (parasympathetic nervous system).

Sessions run for 75 or 90 minutes, offering a beautiful blend of emotional insight, physical renewal and heartfelt connection.
